What is Tiny Tiger? Where is it manufactured?
Tiny Tiger is a cat food and treats brand that is currently sold on Chewy.com. Tiny Tiger follows strict quality standards and FDA regulations and is manufactured in Kansas and Canada with ingredients from around the world.
Do the cans contain BPA?
No, the cans are BPA non-intent.
How do I open the can?
The cans have pull tabs for easy opening (similar to a can of soup).
What do I do with leftover food in the can?
Cover the top of the can and place in the refrigerator. For maximum taste and freshness, serve the leftover food within 3 days of opening.
What if my cat doesn’t like the food when it’s cold?
Place food in a microwave safe dish and cover. Microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir the food to ensure it’s heated evenly. Before serving, smooth food with a utensil to increase your pet’s ability to lap up their food.
How do I best serve my cat their food?
Empty desired amount into your pet’s serving dish and smooth out the food using a utensil.
How do I identify what protein my cat will enjoy?
It’s important to pay attention to your cat’s behavior as you try new proteins. Some cats are picky and only like one specific protein such as fish or poultry. Once you understand what your cat likes, it’s best to stick to food purchases within that protein family, in order to increase enjoyment of the food by your cat.
How do I identify what wet cat food format my cat will like?
- Since cats prefer to lap their food, they will likely prefer a soft paté or minced chunks in gravy. The loaf format is easy for the cat to lick, and the food will stick to the grooves on their tongue.
- Paté format is a great choice for senior cats or kittens that may have a harder time chewing small meat chunks in a chunks in gravy format.
- If your cat prefers a chunks in gravy format and has no issue with chewing the small meat chunks, then this is a great option for your cat.
Where are the ingredients sourced?
Tiny Tiger ingredients are sourced from reputable suppliers in the US and worldwide, dependent upon availability.
Is this ok for kittens?

He likes it!
By Patrick on Apr 6, 2021
My new boy likes these! He is a very sweet feral who showed up in winter and started hanging out with my 3 feral girls. As incentive to get him used to a trap, I used a store brand treat. No luck. I finally used a can of mackerel to lure him into the trap for TNR. When I picked him up after surgery, it was evident he would never survive another winter outside. He has only been in the house 1 week and these treats are finally getting him out from under the bed. He actually rolled into his back tonight, as I offered him a treat. I have worked with him all week and I think he is going to be a one person love bug. As he rolled over, I saw open sores on his legs. Thank goodness he likes these treats My new boy likes these! I sure hope we can get him healthy, too. … more

Not worth it.
By Mack on Feb 17, 2021
My cats love the Tiny Tiger wet food, so naturally I figured they would like the treats. My cats had little to no interest in them and would look up at me and meow wondering why they didn't get their routine treats. I would give them another brand and they had no problem gobbling those up so it was not an issue of lack of appetite but because they really didn't care for these specific treats. I tested this multiple times, tried mixing them in with other treats (side note: they do not get heaps of treats, we just have a wide variety of daily treats for them such as dental health, urinary health, digestive health, skin and fur health, etc. That they only receive 2 of each kind every day.) and they My cats love the Tiny Tiger wet food, so naturally I figured they would like the treats. The price is great for the amount you get but I would not invest in more than one tub first to make sure your cats actually like it. … more

Cats love them but.....
By Darlmeow on Feb 6, 2021
My 4 cats love them but I had to knock off a star only because we end up losing about an eighth to a quarter of the container because they break apart and turn to crumbs! I end up dumping the rest of the container into their bowls so they can eat the crumbs so we don't waste money. They are also a bit on the small side so I end up giving 2 at a time to satisfy them. If they could just make them a bit bigger and firmer so they don't turn to crumbs! I will still buy them though because they are one of the only treats available that don't have the unhealthy Carrageenan and Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex in them and at a great price point! Yay Tiny Tiger!!! Please, just make them more sturdy! Cats won't touch these
By Julie on Feb 25, 2021
I have two 11 month old cats who are hugely food motivated. Our 16 pound male thinks he's emaciated and constantly on the verge of starvation. Neither he nor our 5 pound little lady will even touch these treats. The treats smell like whole wheat bread crust. We'll be using these as treats for the fish in our pond.

Fix your deliveries
By Bbbb on Feb 17, 2021
I recommend this item however lately the deliver has not been good. My last three deliveries had litter open in the box. 2 Containers of cat treats cracked and spilled in the box. Cat food tins have been all dented. Not sure why because prior the deliveries were always great.

50/50 like them
By Catlady on Jan 15, 2021
I have to say I have nine cats and maybe three like these treats they’re not their favorites for sure I bought three different flavor packages and it seems to be the same reaction for all three no matter the flavor needless to say I probably won’t be buying this brand again because I only have a couple cats they do enjoy these when I have eight cats that will eat treats but these ones only three of them will even eat them.

Cat loves them.... now
By maxsmom on Jan 14, 2021
So reading through the reviews about cats not eating these treats. My cat would not eat them at first either he was used to getting temptations cat treats every night. Well I kept leaving these out for him and stopped giving him the temptations. He caved... he now LOVES these treats -cry’s his butt of if I even go near the treat jar and will come find me upstairs and meow at me if I forget his nighttime snack of these treats. So in my house they’re a win! Been buying them for 6 months + now.

Never ending treat quest
By patdach on Feb 28, 2021
So far Fiona and Lot (aka Mr. Picky) like them. It's a big jar and we who live with cats know how mercurial their tastes are. I'll continue to supplement with other treats just in case...
