Do the cans contain BPA?
No, the cans are BPA non-intent.
The cans have pull tabs for easy opening (similar to a can of soup).
Cover the top of the can and place in the refrigerator. For maximum taste and freshness, serve the leftover food within 3 days of opening.
Place food in a microwave safe dish and cover. Microwave for 15-20 seconds. Stir the food to ensure it’s heated evenly. Before serving, smooth food with a utensil to increase your pet’s ability to lap up their food.
How do I best serve my cat their food?
Empty desired amount into your pet’s serving dish and smooth out the food using a utensil.
It’s important to pay attention to your cat’s behavior as you try new proteins. Some cats are picky and only like one specific protein such as fish or poultry. My little Bullet succumbed to cancer early this year. He might have made it if I could convince him to eat enough to hang on (or if everyone hadn't been so neglectful and indifferent! I knew something was wrong mid December 2022 and couldn't get an appointment until January 10 and couldn't get him started on chemotherapy until January 18!) But one of the few things he was willing to eat a bit of, was this. I remember him at the dry food tray. He wouldn't eat wet food. He wouldn't eat anything else. I know he didn't feel good. But I watched as he ate a moon shaped piece, and a star, and a few others. It was obvious from the shapes of the pieces he was eating that it was only the tiny tiger crunchy bunch niblets he was willing to eat. My poor baby. But it at least proves that this is probably as tasty as it gets as far as cat food gets. It didn't buy him a lot of time, but I am grateful to this product, in doing what no other could. I don't normally go out of my way to promote or recommend things, but this one is an exception.
Although my cats loved these, I had a very scary incident with one of these treats. They're very large and the moon shapes (not the sun shapes) are quite sharp at the ends. I watched one of my cats eat it and get stuck in his throat. He cried out in pain and was jumping up and down in fear of what had just happened. You know cats - they don't always chew treats. So Tiny Tiger should consider softening the edges or making them a bit smaller. I did submit this incident to Chewy and they were very responsive to the positive. But please be careful with these. My cat is ok, thankfully with no medical intervention. So now I've been breaking them in two to finish out the rest but won't be buying more.
My cat usually eats Temptations treats but occasionally she also enjoys the Tiger Treats my cat’s approval of the treats are the positive approval of them
They are not eating them right away like they do frisky brand fish probably when done with these two jars will change
Our cats have a ritual of treat time, this product was a bust. I find them scattered about in the morning and even my corgi sniffs and walks away. THAT is an indictment.
My cats know when it’s treat time and line up for them. When I got these treats they are waiting in line much earlier.
They are OK, the cats like them, nothing special. They do have more crumbs that I am used to, you know cats....... they don't like the crumbs :(
My own cats and colony cats I feed really like these treats and gobble them up! They seem to like them as much as the Party Mix and Temptation treats.
My cat loved it i will order again!!
My furbabies love them!! They beg for them several times a day. And as a nite cap.
