Watch out

I ordered this product after my baby died on the 26th of 2025 at 7:50 p.m. my poor baby is been sitting in a cooler for 6 days now when I ordered this item it said

I ordered this product after my baby died on the 26th of 2025 at 7:50 p.m. my poor baby is been sitting in a cooler for 6 days now when I ordered this item it said 1 to 3 days gave no other option for overnight deliveries here I am 6 days later still waiting with my baby deteriorating in a cooler it's all I have to say is shame on you chewy for all you out there that have lost a loved precious pet think about before you order from this site on delivery factors you would be easier to go out and buy one from a local casket or urn store before the item was even shipped I reached out to the distributor finding that the item had not even been shipped yet a day later now it is been sitting in Ohio for two and a half days with overnight shipping I'm sure others would not care what the cost was to get it to them faster with no other option given for the shipping it's all I have to say is I will not order anything from chewy due to this sadness and unforgivable hurt that they have put me in my edibles through my other two dogs sense that she is still in the house and can't even let them go near her because she's in a cooler this shame about you chewy she say about you you need to fix this problem is immediately to give people that care unconditionally for their pets for a different type of shipping change the site immediately to be able to have some have that option to overnight items if they needed them that fast

I will always use a doggy casket from now on. I knew my precious IV was declining and that within the next 2 months I would lose her so I decided to buy her this casket. Tragically right after I received this, the next day she slipped, fell and there was no coming back. We had to let her go and I was so glad I had ordered this. The pictures in the inside didn't really stick well, but they stuck enough for the time I wanted them up. I think everyone should have one, if you know that your dog will be passing. Make sure you give yourself time for delivery. The first casket I ordered was out of stock and I had to re order another one 2 days later. It took about 3 to 4 days for me to receive it, once confirmed thst this one was in stock. My dog was around 55 lbs, but was very tall. Large breed dog and I purchase the extra large casket. 100% measure your dog before. I wasn't sure if I sure get this larger size and I am glad I did. She would have not fit if it was smaller. Any dog over 75 lbs, needs a larger casket. This casket would not have fit a great date due to their legs and my dog was a little shorter than a greatdane.
