slips back, fast.

I have use this blanket 4 times. every time it has slip back and is hard to pull it back to reg. fit. it should fit up on the withers. but it slips to the base

I have use this blanket 4 times. every time it has slip back and is hard to pull it back to reg. fit. it should fit up on the withers. but it slips to the base of them. he is not a hard to fit horse. I just wanted a second blanket to be able to wash them. I have 2 other tough1 blankets. they fit well. not this one.
