Would Not Recommend

The TrackiPet app signed me out multiple times a day, every day. Once, when I was away from home, it notified me that one of my three dogs had left the wifi zone. I started freaking out, tried to pull up the app, and was not signed in. I had to wait to sign in, then refresh over and over until it showed him at home, it still thought he was at the dog-friendly restaurant we'd gone to the night before. Each app requires a subscription of its own, and it's a bit annoying to cancel the subscription. On the plus side, they did refund me for the rest of the month. Returning these and probably getting Tractive, instead.

There was nothing in the description about having to have a subscription, nothing about a rechargeable battery that only lasts about 5 days and nothing about it being for a dog only. The only positive thing about it was my cat loved the box they came in. Customer service was great and processed my return quickly. Spend the extra money and get a better tracker.

I bought two of these expensive trackers and subscribed to their expensive monthly fees on top of the surplus device fees to ensure the safety of my pets. The time I needed to use the device due to my cat not coming home, the device let me down along with the customer support. The device is not accurate at all, indicating that I am on top of the device but cannot find my pet. While the pet is a cat and hides well, the beep setting doesnt work either. When I requested assistance from support, they advised me to turn the device off and back on again after explaining that I cannot find my cat. They were very quick to recommend a cancellation of subscription with a 1 month refund, instead of helping. Pet owners, do not misplace your trust in this company and device as the day you need it most, they are happy to cancel your subscription instead of helping!

I live around trees and it doesn't track right. It is not the trackers fault. My house is just surrounded by trees. So if if you need a tracker and you are around

On top of that the live tracking is laggy and so slow and you're only allowed to live track your dog 20 times in one day why should I have to pay for something when I can't use it how I please when I'm the one paying for the subscription. It's one of the most stupidest thing I've never had a live tracking device limit how many times I was allowed to live track anything. I would just buy tractive granted it's $60 and it's like 20 for the subscription but it monitors your dog's calorie burn calories intake and it's exercise levels and on top of that you can set a boundary in place where it alerts you when you leave the premises. It's live tracking works better and you can live track as many times as you want
