This product is not poop bags. Not sure why it implies it is. It’s a ground up rock of some type that doesn’t melt ice and snow but instead gives traction so you don’t slip. It works GREAT. I use it on walkways, steps and deck along with Safe Paw Ice Melt to make sure my large elderly dog doesn’t fall. She has great foot security with this combination of products and never shows nervousness or hesitation. The product looks like ground up red brick, and when I first used it I was worried it would stain surfaces, especially if it gets tracked in the house. However that has not been an issue - it sweeps or vacuums right up if some gets tracked in (which doesn’t happen much) and in the spring it just gets blown into the lawn during spring clean up, and does no harm. It’s a great product.
