Item received was opened and had been used, had hair and dirt on it. Package had clearly been opened and had pieces of previous delivery labels on it. Very disappointing-especially after paying so much for an item and it being delivered two days before Christmas for my kitty and me having to return it. Customer service was no help and cut me off mid sentence when I tried to voice my complaint. At least I was able to return for a return though.

Awesome Stroller! I love this stroller. It is easy to use and is lightweight. I took Billy on his first walk in the neighborhood and he loved it! It glides along the street and sidewalk. We started out with the bassinet cover down so he got the full view, then adjusted it halfway up for some shade. During the walk we encountered some dogs, so I put the whole cover over and clipped it in so Billy wouldn't be frightened and the dogs could see him. It worked great and doesn't require much time to flip it back and forth. The pockets come in handy for treats and I also put my phone in the mesh pocket in the back for easy access. Overall, Billy and mine's experience was top notch and now I can't wait to go again.
