Not really one size fits all

The image shows a large/extra large hat. There is no size selection, it displays as one size fits all. I was sent a small/medium hat which does not fit. The customization

The image shows a large/extra large hat. There is no size selection, it displays as one size fits all. I was sent a small/medium hat which does not fit. The customization itself was fairly crappy. It's a patch glued on to the hat. There was glue seepage from underneath the patch on all sides. It was also glued to low and made a ridge across the bottom of the patch. Chewy was super easy to work with and have promised a refund, but I haven't gotten it yet. Maybe skip this item
