Easy set up, best for smaller cats
This was very easy to get together, not quick though. Would suggest it for pets under 10lbs. They would break through the perforated spots that were on the bottom

This thing is a monster to put together. & even if you get it to the point of somewhat together it’s not stable for anymore than kitten weight.

Perfect as positive punishment for errant children

When I was doom-scrolling chewy for kitty presents I came upon this guy and, seeing that it was sold out thought to myself: clearly persephone needs another cardboard kingdom. I did not anticipate the offering was not just cardboard but my blood, sweat, and choice swear words. I took 2 days to put this contraption together because I needed to walk away after making the first two cubes before I curb stomped them out of existence. Your first trial is making the cubes and trying to fit this apparently thin but slightly too thick cardboard into this advanced version of origami (I can't even fold a plane, this did not go well). Pre-folding did not help me or my blood pressure either. I can see why Mario likes punching cubes. By number 4 I had thick papercuts, a semi-system, and a glass of wine. My method was basically 'rolling' them through after connecting the two independent pieces to the long piece, ending with the two ends that slide together. Then came the bridge, the ramp, and another papercut. I assembled the bridge onto 2 top pieces first instead of making towers then attaching the bridge. I promise you it's easier. I do recommend putting them together in whatever orientation you like first, punching your holes, then attaching as the holes help soooo much when pulling the stupid little cardboard tags through. I took off 2 stars because of the necessary blood offering and the cardboard is thin. The white facing easily rips off, so when punching out the circles/cat heads be careful or you'll have to re-figure out orientations so the 'pretty' side is forward. If this came with some corrugated board or was made of thicker material I might like it better. Overall, it's 3/5 stars and a perfect project for the teen who stayed out too late but cares about the family pet. It'll keep them out of trouble, except for swearing. I think anyone who attempts to put this together deserves some choice words and a pokemon bandaid. So glad I did not impulse buy 2. (A win is a win).
