For cleaning, you can simply remove and clean the pump, the plastic parts, and the filter. The fountain parts (flower attachment, white lid, grey cover, and tank) are top-rack dishwasher safe. The filter can be cleaned with warm clean water, and if needed use a small soft brush to remove stubborn particles.

So far so good.

This was the second one sent, since FedEx did not deliver the first one. Chewy was good enough to send another one. I have bought one of these in the past, but

This was the second one sent, since FedEx did not deliver the first one. Chewy was good enough to send another one. I have bought one of these in the past, but it was way too noisy. This one is quiet, and I think my kitty likes it, but not sure, since I haven't seen her drink from it. Will check with the others, too, but she's a new kitty and is isolated for the time being.

Very easy to use - just assemble it, plug it in and make sure it doesn't run out of water. I add water to it about every 3 days.

Since then, we have had 3 water dishes because the 3rd guy is named Dennis the Menace for a reason. We finally upgraded to a fountain because a friend said it solved her cats tipping problem. It did. My carpet is saved. Can't believe he's so fancy he needs a dang fountain.
