Not sturdy enough for a big cat

My 16 lb cat is quite scared of this cat tree. I can lure her up with treats, but her tail is poofy and she doesn't stay for long. This just isn't sturdy enough

My 16 lb cat is quite scared of this cat tree. I can lure her up with treats, but her tail is poofy and she doesn't stay for long. This just isn't sturdy enough for a big cat, and the metal connection points in the bucket portion are exposed, which are cold and hard. Not worth it. We're switching it out for a couple of cat wall shelves with beds, which are sturdy enough for her everywhere else we use them.
