Overall pretty great
This product is super simple and easy to assemble. Our cat loooooves the bottom box, and the bottom box only. But that’s no fault of the cat tree creator, plus it looks so much nicer/classier than typical cat trees. My only issue with it was when we opened the box there are no instructions telling you how to separate the levels out, and we pulled the lid up which ripped off some of the velcro. Thankfully, it was for the bottom box, so there are two that sit on top of it to keep it stable. Overall, it’s a pretty great cat tree.
Yikes!!! This is so awesome!
I really need more! I have 4 cats and even each with a personal level wasn’t enough. They all loved it and took to it immediately. Also, so easy to put together more than any other cat furniture I have (think this is 8th piece of furniture). The tree is really stable and heavy duty. Love that I can wash the pads inside too. It will need it since they love it so much. Cannot recommend this enough.

My cats are big Maine Coons and they love this. They fit into each of the 3 cubbies.. the top one is a favorite of my less than brave girl..it's smaller size seems to make her feel more protected. Very easy to put together, too. Sturdy and heavy...

My cats were all over this before it was fully assembled. I was worried my adult males cats would not fit but the bottom 2 boxes they have plenty of room and can stretch out. Love this going to order another one.
Cats and dogs love it!
This tower is well made, sturdy, and has removable pads so you can wash themin the washing machine. It is super easy to put together. It comes with the Allen wrench needed to put the three pieces together. You won't need anything else. My dogs use the bottom box and cats use the top two boxes. Very nice looking and modern design. I bought one months again and just purchased another one. The weight is very heavy so the animals won't move it very easily.

This condo looks really nice in the room. So far my cats have only used the lower condo. I have put treats in the uppers and they will get them but haven't stayed. My cats are fairly large so they may never use the one on top. I'm still glad I bought it though.

Cats love it. We have had two cats sleeping in it at same time. No more fighting over beds.
Sturdy and awesome!
My cats love it already! It’s sturdy. The box was heavy and I had to use a dolly to bring it upstairs. Definitely a good sign! The one it replaced was falling apart. Had exposed staples. It was a nightmare. I think this on is particle board too, but it’s an inch thick. It’s sturdy. I haven’t bolted them together yet bc I can’t get them out of it! Such a win! Easiest tower I’ve ever assembled
This has to be the easiest assembly of a cat tower ever! Feels very sturdy and should hopefully last much longer than towers with posts. My cat loves the bottom section for sleeping and the top section for looking out the window. So far not much use of the middle bed, he must not like it being open on both sides.
dirty, bugs and Missing parts
I was so excited to see this and my cats were too as I was unpacking the beat up box. To my disappointment, it was dirty , had dead bugs on it , and was missing the instructions and hardware to put it together. So now I have to have fedex come pick up this filthy ( used?) thing and then wait for a new one. Chewy has amazing customer service which is the only positive out of all of this.
