How many ducks can it hold?
How is this insulated?
How does this hold up in the winter and other extreme weather conditions?
What are the door dimensions? Looking for a house for two pilgrim geese (small breed). The house itself is plenty big for them, but I just want to make sure they would fit in the door.

I purchased this duck house for my y new ducklings. Quite honestly, it was and is a waste of your money. It has now been together about 2 weeks and in use for about 7 days. The building is flimsy and does not hold together well (even though it is screwed together according to the directions). The door has already broken off and the bottom pan sits on the ground. Save your money and purchase wood and build your own!
Its horrible
It is not sturdy and it came broken. It had multiple things wrong with it and is poorly constricted.

Purchased a few months ago for two Peking’s, even after reading the reviews. Did its job as a temporary home until their coop was built. Is pretty water tight
Purchased a few months ago for two Peking’s, even after reading the reviews. Did its job as a temporary home until their coop was built. Is pretty water tight unless torrential rains come through. Wood is real wood but so thin - added supports so it wouldn’t flex. Door broke after a couple uses - added a support to the door. Top hinges bend in all directions-redid the hinges. Wouldn’t recommend as it isn’t secure but if you do get it be prepped for some fixes as time goes by. Converting it to a cat house for the barn cats, which will be a better purpose due to the instability of the materials.

Flimsy.. needed to add corner braces and improved latch
Out of the box it wasn’t great. There is literally nothing to keep the sides squared up which makes sliding the tray in and out very difficult. I added wood corner
Out of the box it wasn’t great. There is literally nothing to keep the sides squared up which makes sliding the tray in and out very difficult. I added wood corner braces at the top to fix. The latch on the coop door isn’t very secure. Easy peasy for a raccoon to figure out. Also there’s not latch on the lid. I left the hinges off and added a latch. I hope it will last a few years with my adds now.

Terrible Product :(

Honestly - this is a terrible product. Arrived with several large defects in the wooden pieces. Assembling the Roof / hinges was extremely difficult to figure out - I would describe myself as “very good” with using kits, tools, following directions, etc. Several pieces ended up split when I placed the screws. Once assembled, very flimsy. Could never be waterproof, the wood is very soft, almost as if it’s “high class cardboard.” I love Chewy so much and typically don’t have any issues or reasons to complain, so I guess I’ll keep it in the barn for now until I figure out how to reinforce and waterproof it with out making it fall apart :( Take if from me, pass on this purchase people! :(
Not worth the time or money
A few pieces of the wood arrived cracked and the wood is very lightweight likely unable to make it through a winter in maine. The structure itself is very flimsy
A few pieces of the wood arrived cracked and the wood is very lightweight likely unable to make it through a winter in maine. The structure itself is very flimsy even with additional screws. It lastly most certainly cannot for 4 ducks comfortably - maybe 2 smooshed in there with a feeder and waterer. Do not recommend this product - I ended up returning it
