I read all the reviews before buying this for the community cats but i was really disappointed in it I felt like the circles should have been squares and the clear flaps placed differently. I could not get any of the cats to use it. I will continue trying with the cats but definitely not worth the price :/

I bought this condo almost 2 years ago for my feral cats and it’s held up well. It’s been completely exposed to the elements; I’m in the Midwest so it’s seen the whole spectrum of weather. I insulate it with mylar and straw in the winter and the cats love it. I did have to remove half of the vinyl flaps though- they were too stiff so the cats didn’t want to go in at first.
