My son in law drilled this into my wall on Sunday and I was very happy , on Monday the cats scratched it and the inner part came loose and is hanging so I have the

My son in law drilled this into my wall on Sunday and I was very happy , on Monday the cats scratched it and the inner part came loose and is hanging so I have the frame attached to the wall but the inner scratch fabric is loose & it should have been attached to the frame better to withstand the typical force of a cat utilizing it. It has the potential to be an awesome product , but was very poorly constructed.
