This product is for my Parakeets, and while it’s a little big for them to eat on their own, once softened with water it’s a wonderful pellet for them. They took to it right away, and bicker over who gets to eat it first, which I always love to see. We use pellets as a base to our diet and my oldest Parakeet is turning 13 this year, which I attribute to balanced pellets like this one. The 25Ib bag is a fantastic value for anyone who purchases, it will last us forever! The only downside is I have to vacuum seal the bag once open, as there is no zipper close on it. It also has a very artificial banana smell to it which isn’t my favorite, but my birds seem to love it. Next time I would consider getting the smaller size for my little guys, but this brand will be a staple in our rotation now.

I highly recommend this food. Very healthy diet for your birds. I use this as my base diet. I give seed as a treat. This food isn't fattening. All of my birds eat
I highly recommend this food. Very healthy diet for your birds. I use this as my base diet. I give seed as a treat. This food isn't fattening. All of my birds eat it. When first giving it to them mix it with current food and slowly increase the amount of this pellet and less of the seed. Most of mine took to it right away. Give it time. You'll see a big difference in your birds health and happiness

Our 5 year old Emerald Cheek Conure, Mya, loves Hari Tropican pellets! I love that it is not full of dyes. It is a well balanced diet thay our vet approves of. The bottom of the bag had zero dust or waste. The pellets are crunchy to help keep her beak healthy. Overall Mya is very happy.
For bigger birds, not small parakeets
