Caused my dog to break out in hives

Within a few hours of conditioning my dog’s fur with this & rinsing it out, she broke out into hives. We had to rush her to the vet. The next day, she started losing

Within a few hours of conditioning my dog’s fur with this & rinsing it out, she broke out into hives. We had to rush her to the vet. The next day, she started losing tons of fur in the spots where the hives had been. She’s shed so much fur on her back now, that you can see through to the skin. :(

I got my bottle from the pet store so it did cost a little extra but I also wanted to leave a review too. This conditioner is deeply moisturizing. My dog has a very short course coat and this conditioner softens it right up. My dog suffers from dry skin and constant yeast issues in his skin and his medicated shampoo dries his coat out a lot. The conditioner definitely helps with his dandruff, but does not cure it. I also massage in coconut oil after the medicated baths to also help combat the dry skin issue. The scent is very flora, but not bad. I do like it but I do think the smell is a little strong for dogs as their noses are more sensitive. Overall I intend to continue to purchase this brand of conditioner for the positive impacts it has on my dogs coat and skin.
