Is this supposed to be a clumpy conditioner? I bought the 1 gal. and am wondering if that effects it’s efficacy.

This Conditioner should be mixed well and be thick and smooth provided it was shaken well before use. Clumpy product could be a result of ingredient separation and or product expiration. The product has a 2 year shelf life. There is a LOT number on the bottom of the jug which would indicate when the jug was made.

Can you use this conditioner and use and different brand of shampoo?
