If your dog licks it is it safe?

This spray is safe for pets to groom after spraying. It does not contain ingredients that would cause a pet harm through ingestion. There have also been no reports of any adverse effects from pets ingesting the spray through licking in the history of the product. However, we recommend the spray to completely dry before grooming.
