Dandruff! :(

I don't know if it was dandruff or flakes of shampoo, but we used this on ten dogs before they went home from our board-and-train and it caused a noticable case

I don't know if it was dandruff or flakes of shampoo, but we used this on ten dogs before they went home from our board-and-train and it caused a noticable case of snowy flakes on all the dark dogs. Maybe the light colored ones too but thankfully nothing was noticeable on them. Super embarrassing! Never had such a result from shampoo. On the plus side there for felt soft and clean, but the flakes were unbearable. Chewy was kind enough to give us a refund. Thank you!!
