Poor packaging!!
I received my 1st order to new address. I get home after work to put away food. And one of packages had loose dog food in it as one of the bags of dog food was open
I received my 1st order to new address. I get home after work to put away food. And one of packages had loose dog food in it as one of the bags of dog food was open. Why would you package a 12 pack of wet food on top of a bag of dry food with no room in box? Its a reason im guessing it was never shipped this way before. I wont be feeding this to my dogs as im sure no dog owner would. I will need a new package sent out immediately
