I bought this to keep my dogs off the couch. I was surprised to see how skinny it is (didn’t pay attention to measurements) but it does the job well. If you have cats, I wouldn’t recommend. My cat just walks around it and lays next to it lol. But I got it for my dogs (2 GSD’s) who were shedding on my couch really bad. They haven’t been on since. I recommend for dogs only.

Definitely scared my dog!

We have four dogs, three of which love to be up on the furniture. We bought new expensive sofas and didn’t want the dogs on them. The dogs tried a couple times to get on the sofa and immediately got off. The only downside to these things is that they’re ugly to have on your furniture and definitely need two of them to fit on a regular size couch. But they work.

Poor and Cheap Design

The connection for the 9V battery (not included in the box) was loose on the three I ordered. The compartment was too big for the battery to even have a connection

The connection for the 9V battery (not included in the box) was loose on the three I ordered. The compartment was too big for the battery to even have a connection. There were no directions on how to attach it. I have used other products like that were the compartment was perfect for sliding in the battery. Very disappointed to get a simple product that didn't even function.
