Great size, easy to put together

My sweet babies needed a new cat tree because the twin boys we andopted are growing fast and the old tree just wasn’t big enough. The top platforms are pretty small, but it’s my fault for not double checking the dimensions. All in all, they love it! Spacious, stable, and despite the lack of detail in the directions, it’s was pretty easy to put together. It took my husband and I about an hour total.

We got this to accommodate our 14 lb cat and our kittens who has been climbing up to the shelf in the closet. Works out perfectly for both. Is it made out of quality

We got this to accommodate our 14 lb cat and our kittens who has been climbing up to the shelf in the closet. Works out perfectly for both. Is it made out of quality materials? No. Was it difficult to assemble? Not really, once we got the orientation for the two bottom pieces correct, it went up without a hitch. It's sturdy for what it is and they love it. So, 5 stars from us.

I had high hopes for this cat condo, but it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The structure itself is complicated, and my kittens struggled to figure out how to move from one level to the next. With the height and the overall build quality, the condo feels a bit unsteady, which made me nervous about them climbing too high. The faux fur covering was especially disappointing. It sheds easily and ends up all over my clothes and furniture. For the price, I expected sturdier materials and a more thoughtful design. While it does offer multiple levels and scratching posts, the usability and durability just aren’t there. If you’re looking for something simple and stable for younger cats or kittens, I’d recommend exploring other options before settling on this one.

My cat's absolutely love the basket's but they are on the small side compared to another cat condo I have, plus some of my larger cat's can't enjoy them. The perches

Rope hurts and ladder is too short

Kitten likes it, but the rope gave me a splinter. The ladder that comes with it, was made too short. Definitely a manufacturer defect. As much as we love Chewy,

As much as we love Chewy, they really need to choose another shipper besides FedEx. 3 packages later, and multiple calls, our packages were still being left at different houses besides ours.

No “oversized” platforms, it barely fits my grown cats. The ladder is too short. It’ll do the job but it’s definitely not on my buy again list.
