How is inseam measures? These seem very short. My granddaughter has 21 waist. But her inseam is 22. They are too short.

bad quality and stretch

the pants are horrible quality they are not stretchy and seam ripped without even being able to wear them. so upsetting was hoping to wear them so sad :( although
