Does the horse have to wear a halter with this fly sheet?

The horse does not need to wear a halter with this fly sheet. The design of the combo neck fly sheet does not include any straps that would connect to a halter, allowing for comfortable and unrestricted movement for the horse.

Well made

I love that someone decided to put the velcro for the neck on the near side, it's lots better than last year's model. Also, the fasteners for the bellyband sit nice

I love that someone decided to put the velcro for the neck on the near side, it's lots better than last year's model. Also, the fasteners for the bellyband sit nice and snug. If you horse puts a foot thru it, though, it will rip off. I've had to convert one of mine to a surcingle and cut off the bellyband b/c the animal kept ripping it. Otherwise, love the fabric and construction.

Fly sheet

The fit was pretty good especially for a young horse. It did tear pretty easy but since its her 1st summer and she's pretty young it did hold up better than others

The neck doesn't stay up

They are super light so my horse got a hole in it in less than 24 hours. Love it has the belly band.

keeps the flies off but not very durable

I really like the coverage and how this fly sheet keeps the flies and small biting bugs off my horse. Unfortunately the fabric rips quite easily and my gelding got two holes in it the first day. Given the cost, I am still happy with how this is protecting my horse.

7 days is all we got out of ours. Complete junk for a sheet. There is no support where the straps connect, so it just shreds the netting where it connects.
