Not as tough as I hoped

When I saw this was discounted on Chewy I was really excited to buy the first Tuffy toy for my 9 month old puppy. Upon unboxing I expected it would last a long time

When I saw this was discounted on Chewy I was really excited to buy the first Tuffy toy for my 9 month old puppy. Upon unboxing I expected it would last a long time. It seemed really durable especially considering its only half the size of our dog. The fabric and stitching seemed like it would be hard to grip and chew... However, 6 hours after we gave it to her, our pup ripped off a fin and had stuffing all over the floor. Really disappointed and hoping the other Tuffy toy I got her will last longer once we put it into rotation.

An alright toy!!

My doggo is quite the extreme chewer! This lasted 2 days before she broke open the dino's face(the nose point to be precise). She absolutely loves the size and shaking

My doggo is quite the extreme chewer! This lasted 2 days before she broke open the dino's face(the nose point to be precise). She absolutely loves the size and shaking her "prey!" She will continue to chew and loves the squeakers but the stitches didnt hold up that well... don't spend the money if you have an aggressive chewer! Light to moderate could withstand it! Very cool toy tho!

I purchased this as a gift for a friend with an 85ish pound hound mix with boundless energy and enthusiasm for toys (and a mighty love to chew and destroy). She's had it for a bit and has yet to destroy or even tear any bit of it. The size is glorious (so big!), but still has parts small enough for her to get her mouth around and I love the squeakers in the back ridges. A fabulous buy for this guy!

I have bought this toy twice. Unfortunately, there won't be a third time. I have two labs and a Rott/hound mix puppy. The first one lasted months; mostly because

I have bought this toy twice. Unfortunately, there won't be a third time. I have two labs and a Rott/hound mix puppy. The first one lasted months; mostly because we had other Tuffy toys that were getting destroyed first. The second one lasted about 90 minutes. I'm not saying this is a bad toy but I just can't justify spending $42 on a toy that isn't going to last longer than this. This is a great toy under CONSTANT supervision but if you have an eight month old Rott/hound mix, DON'T TURN YOUR BACK!

Hi ok first I want to say my dog loved this toy ,he would not put it down plus it's big and it was really funny when he played with it. The only thing that's not good with it is he destroyed it in a matter of four hours. My dog continually chewed at it and made a tear in the seam where he began to tear all the stuffing out of it. When I went to check on him in the backyard it looked like Christmas. With all the stuffing all over the backyard it was funny b cause it looked like snow everywhere but the sad part is it will not last for a relentless dog. Now if you have a dog that is not destructive with their toys buy all means get this toy. I say this because it really is a great toy only if your dog is not too rough. I liked this toy and this site has it at a great price I almost want to get another one just because of how cute he was with it, I mean it so big it's just so funny watching him play with it. So it's up to you yes it's a great price and yes it is made well but only if your dog is not too rough like my PIT. GOOD LUCK.

Cool toy!

It's huge! I haven't given it to my dog yet, but I know he will love it. Make sure you have plenty of room when playing with this toy though.
