About This Item
- Made with multiple layers of material that are bonded and sewn together to make one "Tuff" Layer. Most toys have just one seam to hold the toy together, Tuffy's has 7. Webbing is sewn around the edges of the toy and then the edges are sewn together to make each toy extra Tuff. Each toy has soft edges that is easy on gums.

Dog chewed through this within 5 minutes
My dog can we a chewer but isn’t bad by any means. He broke open this toy within 5 minutes and I had to throw it out. Lots of plastic inside and he kept trying to eat it. Not with the $$$
Surprisingly strong
Very surprised, for a plush toy this has entertained both dogs for sometime. Usually my chewer destroys plush toys but this one has lasted very well. Dogs play tug-o-war with it regularly and is holding up very well.
Only plush toy my dog hasn't ripped up!
My dog loves plush toys and I know it's normally a matter of time before I have to throw them away, but this one has lasted such a long time and has no sign of having to be thrown away! My dog also has played with this toy with our other dog and they play tug a war and run up and down the yard pulling each other on it and it's still in great shape!
Great Dane loved it
My dog loved to play tug a war with me. But... she chewed threw one end of the toy in about 12 days.
not so tuff aye?
Sadly my 10lb puppy put not only one but two hole in this toy within minutes of handing it to her. Sadly this did not live up to the high hopes I had for it to last even a little while. Recommend not for any dog that will actually play with it.
Bigger than I expected but dogs love it
My big girls were so excited to see this and I was surprised how big it was. I only bought 1 as I thought they would play tug and war with it. However, They carry it around all the time. They love to chew soft stuffed toys and pull the stuffing out, but haven't done it to this one. I am ordering another so they will each have one.
we had to take it away
Our pittie girl chewed the seams of the toy and was getting fibers off in chunks. We were hoping this would last. It was sturdy overall. If the seam had been flat against the toy instead of sticking out to create an edge for puppy jaws to gnaw it would have lasted maybe.
Tuffy's toys are Pawsome!!!
These toys really are strong and tuff - our dogs usually tear toys to pieces in a very short time - we have a few of these that have lasted years. It's actually the only indoor toy I'll buy for them anymore!
Still toting this tug around
Our pit-mix LOVES this toy! It was bigger than expected, but makes a great tug for family fun. He loves it for fetch, too. He's a strong chewer and has not managed to pick a hole in this yet!!! (We do not reserve this toy for supervised play only. He has it all the time, and NO HOLES YET, going on 6 months)
Tug Toy- A Winner
Love this. I can play tug with my little dogs as well as they can play with it together. The youngest is a chewer and has torn apart more toys then I can count. This one is still going strong. Very happy with this toy.
