Not interesting to my cats
The toy is a cardboard scratcher with tunnels around and through it, with balls that the cats can move around. The balls have bells in them. I put this in my sunroom
The toy is a cardboard scratcher with tunnels around and through it, with balls that the cats can move around. The balls have bells in them. I put this in my sunroom near the cats' food and other cardboard scratchers they use. I put the included catnip on the scratcher. I tried engaging the cats by moving the balls. I had it out for a few weeks and, other than eating the catnip (which I replenished), they did not scratch on it or try to move the balls. My cats are 1-2 years old, so I gave it to a friend with slightly younger cats and they were only interested in the catnip as well.
Cute but can come apart if kitty is kinda rough
This scratcher puzzle toy is cute in theory, however within three days my mouthy 3 year old girls had it torn apart. The top pieces don’t seem to be held together
This scratcher puzzle toy is cute in theory, however within three days my mouthy 3 year old girls had it torn apart. The top pieces don’t seem to be held together by much more than sticky tape. On a positive note, they like the rattle balls and they like laying on it, so it’s not a total loss.
Very cute, but kitty didn’t like it.

I thought my three year old cat would enjoy scratching his claws on the scratching pad and chasing the balls (which are included) around the little tunnel, and me enjoying the compact attractive size that can fit any where! He, however completely ignored it. I tried the catnip also, but he still had no interest. He is the only cat we own, so I cannot say that other cats would not enjoy this product.

I have 4 cats and they all took to this toy immediately! It came in very fast, as always with Chewy! It comes with a little bag of catnip which was an icing on the cake. My cats started playing on it, scratching and chasing a ball. Usually you only get the scratcher but with this toy, they get to chase 2 balls around the cardboard. So far, it’s been about a week and it’s still going very strong. I’m sure it’ll last for a while and I will be getting a new one once the time comes. Highly recommend!

The Meow Maze looks just like it does in the product photo, nicely made with very scratchable cardboard. I sprinkled the catnip and placed the maze nearby other toys. Finicky kitty was interested in this new addition right away! As you see in the photos, after a sniff, the balls had to be reached for and bopped around.

I have had this item for 2+ weeks, and my cat just used the scratcher for the first time today! I have moved it to a new location several times, and jiggled the balls within - the cat just looks and walks away. I’ve tried to let him “discover” it on HIS time, and he’s only now just expressing any interest. The catnip sprinkled on it doesn’t even lentice him! He has a sisal mat that he scratches on daily - maybe over time he’ll use this?? But, he’s a cat!

They tried it out for scratching, but it is very lightweight and shifted around too much to be very useful. Might work better if it is secured to the floor. My cats have been choosing to use the sisal rope scratchers rather than the cardboard, but to be fair they are used to the sisal.
