Earlier this year, I purchased Turbo's Scent Locker Heart Plush Animal Cat Toy Fish with Catnip Spray. At first, it was a bit tricky to get the Catnip spray lid to come out, and then to dab it on the heart-shaped area. It took Bailey a while to get used to the toy, when we've played with it a few times. Maybe if the spray bottle worked better to open and place it on the fish, she might be a bit more interested. But it's a so-so. Maybe my new cat Sugar and your cat will figure out the tricky Catnip and love the plush fish toy.

They inspected it. Then I sprayed it with the catnip spray. They sniffed it and walked away. I tried it on one of their old toys. They sniffed that and walked away. No interest in the catnip spray. I'll stick with the dried catnip.
