Smaller than envisioned
This was to replace a “well loved” 10 year old perch. I have senior cats so wanted something that was easily climbed, and had a place they could watch what’s outside
This was to replace a “well loved” 10 year old perch. I have senior cats so wanted something that was easily climbed, and had a place they could watch what’s outside. I was unable to locate the company that made my previous tree, so I got this one as it seemed closest to what I had. So far, it has not been a big hit with anyone. The carpet is not that soft, the thin fabric around the edge is covering wood with no padding. I expected the steps to fan out a little more so cats could hang out on any step, but the bottom 2 are about 50% overlaped by other steps, which doesn’t leave much room to settle in and get cozy on. I’ve had it set up a couple days now, and the cats have hardly used it. Hopefully they just need time to get used to it. I may have to figure out how to add padding to the top perch and see it that entices them to use it more. It was fairly easy to assemble.

Inaccurate Measurements on Photo
Dimensions in photo are incorrect. It is 30 in as in title, not 22.5 inches as shown in photo. It is fine otherwise, but does not fit where I had planned.
