Unique and small, great for my tiny kitten!

we have about a 41/2 mth old kitten and she loves the toys where balls spin around and she absolutely is going crazy over this 1. i like how sturdy it is also as

not like the picture

it doesnt have that second wood circle so the ball toys literally just..roll right out? could be that they forgot to give me a piece of it. the top part is fine-
