I got this to replace a scratcher I got a few months ago. My boys are very picky, so finding one that suited their needs was hard. This one worked so well! The post is sturdy (I have two fat, tall cats) and my cats love the cardboard scratcher base. The ball pops out from time to time but not enough to be annoying.
