Arrived in a box full of garbage

I was confused when I opened my package from chewy and saw a mix of packing peanuts and balled up pieces of paper. As I dug through the box I found dead leaves,

I was confused when I opened my package from chewy and saw a mix of packing peanuts and balled up pieces of paper. As I dug through the box I found dead leaves, a lip balm container, old pieces of tape and a hodgepodge of packing materials, none of which were arranged in a way that supported the items inside. It was very gross and I was worried about damage to the loose components rattling around. The cat tree itself was covered in hair and the base was warped, either from poor packaging or poor quality control. It wobbles so much that my cat is afraid of it. We put two twenty pound weights on the bottom to stabilize it and now she uses it regularly and really enjoys the scratching posts. I also never received the $20 gift card I was promised with purchase. I'm not mad enough to return it but I wouldn't buy it again.

DO NOT BUY

I was looking for a cat that didn't have a furry texture, since my cat is very picky when it comes to that, and one that wasn't that cream color. So I was very excited

I was looking for a cat that didn't have a furry texture, since my cat is very picky when it comes to that, and one that wasn't that cream color. So I was very excited when I found this one. I loved the look, the bed on top, and the multiple scratching spots. At first my cat liked it but it is INCREDIBLY STEEP. Like to the point of it being dangerous, The photos online do not give an accurate depiction of just how steep it is. My cat has fallen off trying to get down so many times and almost hurt herself, so much so that she no longer feels comfortable using it. I should have returned it right when I took it out of the box because it was the first thing I noticed. This shouldn't be on Chewy's site. DO NOT BUY. I hope this saves someone else their money.

I wanted a Cat tree that had a small footprint but was tall. This was pretty much the only option for the size/height requirements I wanted. Assembly was really easy, probably about 15 minutes in total. The materials are really nice, especially the top level of the tower, which is really soft but with a sturdy edge for cats to push against without falling out.
