I thought it was very well made. Just one thing, the felt material used on each level seems to move around a little when the cat jumps on it. I think it should have been pulled a little tighter when put on the board. And my cat doesn’t really like it. She will get up on it to watch the birds and deer for a short time and that is all. She doesn’t play on it or get into the bed. Maybe your cat would love it.

Easy to assemble. Excellent directions. My babies love it. They like to climb the sisal poles and play with the hanging toys. Also use the platforms for many rounds

April 14, 2023 My unit arrived yesterday, in good condition. I'm an old person, so I was a bit alarmed at having to assemble it. However, the instructions were clear, and all parts were present. So moving in slow motion, as the elderly do, I got it all put together in about 45 minutes this morning. It seems very sturdy. With the allure of catnip at the top, one of my two kitties has ascended to the top, and seems very comfortable with the whole thing. The other kitty is alarmed by changes, so she's just observing from a distance. I am sure that she will get up to the top eventually.

All my 4 kitties love it. There is enough space on every shelf for even my 2 older cats to jump from one to another to reach the top. The flannel like fabric is
All my 4 kitties love it. There is enough space on every shelf for even my 2 older cats to jump from one to another to reach the top. The flannel like fabric is awesome. Lots of scratching posts. The one thing I would have liked is that the inside of the house was covered. It has a cushion, but the walls are just particle board. but, the girls dont seem to care.
