Please use our Pawprint-able Sizing Guide to help you obtain your pet's paw measurements. For the best fit, match the below dimensions to your pet's measurements as closely as possible. If your pet falls somewhere between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two.
Paw Width: Using our Pawprint-able Sizing Guide, place your pet's paw on the diagram and mark the widest points at the left and right side of the paw. This area is usually near the base of the toes.
Paw Length: With you pet's paw still in position, mark the longest points at the front and back of the paw; remember your pet's nails will need to fit too.

These boots are adjustable enough to fit ok. Have tried many and these are still a go-to. Feet bleed without booties. However, we alternate because special puppy gets rubbed the wrong way all the time. Even with less use, these wore out in less than a year. I'm guessing fewer than 50 miles on these booties. Plus side, 4 in a pack means they are more economical to replace (only wear on hinds).
Despite these shoes being guaranteed to stay on, they did not. 2 came off somehow during our snowy walk this morning. (Yes, we got another 4-5"!) Then the ground rumbled and I knew the snowplow was coming, so we ran out of the way. I have no idea where the lost shoes are. I live in a rural, steep area and I think they may show up in June downhill several hundred feel.
I bought these for our doggo to wear when it hits below zero here.. They probably would do a good job but they’re so hard to get on. She didn’t fight us, but the padding at the entrance of the shoe makes it hard to get her whole foot in. I’m also not sure they’re super comfy for her.
We bought these for my dog for Christmas and we are still trying to acclimate him to wearing them. He is tiny and we got the smallest size. The problem is we cannot seem to get them to stay on his feet. We have only tried two so far, and only in the house, but no matter what we do they fall off. According to the size chart, he should fit in the smallest size. I guess he is just too small. We thought the foam padding inside would help them stay in place. No matter how tight we make them they slip off! We are going to keep trying but they may have to be returned. If his paws were bigger they would probably be great. They seem to be well made. The foam around the ankles is nice and the double Velcro straps are nice too-they go in opposite directions which should help secure them. I wish they fit my dog!
They are well made but unfortunately they won't stay on once she walked in snow. The other problem with these is that the straps are black and very hard to see when it's dark out and you are trying to put back on in the cold. I would suggest two things to improve this: Make them longer to go up the leg a bit and make the straps a different color.
I bought these for my pup to wear around the city when the streets are salted. Unfortunately, the boots didn't fit her very well. I bought the correct size for her paw pads, but was unable to tighten them enough to keep them from falling off. The material is quite stiff and the inner foam, which is designed to protect her ankle/lower leg left too much space, allowing the boots to fall off. I've requested a return from Chewy in December, but have not yet received a response.
I have a pitbull with large paws so ordered a larger size according to the chart. The boot appears to be the right size for him, but unfortunately I can't get his paw into the boot because the "wrist" part at the top close to the velcro is too narrow and stiff.
These seem well made but had odd squares of a foamy rubber than made them very stiff and difficult to place on the dogs feet. The boots seem large but would be even harder to put on, if they were smaller. She manages to walk out of them when she will walk at all with the boots on.
We just moved to Upstate New York and the amount of snowmelt stuff on the ground was cracking my German Shepherds paw pads. I was pretty skeptical that he would let me get them on him but with some peanut butter and bananas he wore them like a champ! We practiced in the house and then outside and he did great. The boots have great padding on them and fit snug but big enough for range of motion. He honestly seems to like them and even let me adjust one on the walk without PB haha! Highly recommend these
I am rating this product four stars for their durability and overall construction. However my Chihuahua is 9 pounds and even the XS did not tighten around his thin legs and tiny feet well enough for them to stay on.
