Nice piece by badly packaged
So when I received it it was in a nice chewy box with the paper and everything but it was rattling in a tiny little brown box which you could see with no foam around
So when I received it it was in a nice chewy box with the paper and everything but it was rattling in a tiny little brown box which you could see with no foam around it to protect it whatsoever so someone must have dropped it and broke it or flung it at my door and broke it in the process. Still think it's a nice piece we're probably get it for my aquarium but it was bigger than I was expecting would be nicer for a larger aquarium.
One of your better looking tank ornaments...
I ordered this "Gothic Arch Ruin" for a new bookshelf tank that is only just over 9" tall. Going for a Medieval theme tank. I like decor- but some tank ornaments
I ordered this "Gothic Arch Ruin" for a new bookshelf tank that is only just over 9" tall. Going for a Medieval theme tank. I like decor- but some tank ornaments are let's face it a bit gaudy or over the top. It's hard to find "realistic" or subdued items at times to fit the theme you're going for. This Arch is awesome. It's matte finish ceramic so when you get it- it will be light colored but darkens with time and exposure in water. I'm dry starting my tank and will be attempting to grow Java Moss on the piece (not pictured). I used small rocks to create ruins around the arch that look believable so far. What's even better about this archway is that it doesn't just have a front and unfinished on the back- this arch is done 360- and it's not the same on both sides. This is very unusual in my experience. I really, really like this piece.
Good details
Bought this almost two months ago, fits well in my ten gallon Betta sorority tank. Good amount of detail with this ornament, fish enjoy swimming through it as
