Ship looks cute but customer service outstanding
I ordered the small version of the ship and it arrived broken. It was packed well but the ship is small and the nacelles delicate. I sent Chewy and email and then kind of forgot. I got a box from them 2 days later and wondered what it could be and it was a replacement ship! Chewy never ceases to amaze me with their efficiency.

Perfect for a scifi spin on the aquarium shipwreck theme. A little more colorful than I expected, but absolutely love it.
Incorrect sizing three times in a row
I don't think chewy actually has the medium size, I received the small size instead of the medium three times in a row, although to their credit they didn't charge for the second two, and refunded after the third time
