I'm actually suprised they can offer something of this quality and size for only $200 nowadays. Yes, assembly is a bit tricky (and there were places were I improvised a method other than what the insructions called for) but the finished result is beautiful. Just be aware you need 32inch doors at min to get the finished thing into the room. Assemble in the room you want it in if you have less clearance than that.

We bought this to help our 15 year old kitty get up on our bed and look out the window. He immediately loved it! It's very heavy duty and well made. Easy to put

Both of my cats absolutely love it.

I love that the stairs are a separate piece so they can be used for other purposes. Both my cats love the window seat on top and the scratcher on the bottom.

Excellent Quality

I was hesitant to put the bunk bed together because I'm not very handy. However, the instructions and pictures were easy to follow, and I completed the task successfully
