Poor Quality

The doors are too narrow and leave a pretty big gap that is not shown in the photos. The door hinges arrived bent out of shape.

Great for big cats

I bought two of these for two big cats. The enclosures are nice looking as furniture. It took me awhile to put them together because I’m not familiar with construction

I bought two of these for two big cats. The enclosures are nice looking as furniture. It took me awhile to put them together because I’m not familiar with construction. They are standing and function nicely so I think I did ok. One of the enclosures had a damaged hinge. I emailed the company and they got right back to me about sending a replacement. I received the replacement today, just four days after I emailed. I appreciate the speed with which this problem was addressed. Great customer service. Thank you!

Doors are off and not aligning

It is taller which was important. But the doors are difficult to align. One is off and I do not like it. I would return it but it took an hour to put it together

Good, but a little wobbly.

I felt like some of the holes were drilled to an incorrect size so the dowels didn’t fit very tightly. I really needed a piece that was exactly this size and shape,

I really needed a piece that was exactly this size and shape, so this worked great for me, but I do feel like the textured surface and slightly porous material makes it harder to clean. I would recommend covering the insides with contact paper, but only BEFORE putting the pieces together so it’s easier.

Good size, ample head room

We ran into an issue with another house that our cat had stopped using. This one is spacious with additional entry ways. Removing the shelf is even better
