Needs improvement

The side clips that are supposed to hold the bag handles need to be set back much further. They are useless as they are now. The plastic hinges stick on one side

The side clips that are supposed to hold the bag handles need to be set back much further. They are useless as they are now. The plastic hinges stick on one side and are loose and flimsy on other. Not worth the money the rake part is nice, sturdy long handle for talll people.
