Excellent Cleaning Product!

With kids and pets, I'm all too familiar with messes. Of all those messes, it's the scent of urine that drives me crazy. I cannot stand it, and I can always smell it, even when no one else does. So, I was very eager when I received an opportunity to try this Urine Gone surface cleaner. The first project I tackled was a couch cushion. The concentrate was very easy to mix. The smell of the spray was a very pleasant citrus scent - strong but not totally overwhelming. It was extremely easy to use. Just spray, let sit, then dry with a cloth - quick and simple - extremely important when I'm chasing kids and animals all day. Best of all, it worked! The smell is gone from the cushion. I'm moving on to carpet spots now. I can't wait to see, or rather smell, the end results. I only had one issue, and that was minor. One of the bottles of concentrate had leaked in the box. It wasn't a huge amount because the bottle still had a lot of liquid left, but it definitely made a mess. Overall though, I'm very happy with the cleaner and look forward to using it more.

Works on unpleasant smells

This product would have been a huge help back in the puppy days. While I don't have to clean up pee messes anymore since my dogs are both house trained, this product

This product would have been a huge help back in the puppy days. While I don't have to clean up pee messes anymore since my dogs are both house trained, this product has been effective on my area rug that receives a lot of traffic. The rug has taken a beating over the years and I had noticed a doggy smell emanating from it and decided to give this a try. It has made a difference and improved the smell situation! Will be using on other problem areas in our house.

The directions were very clear and the concentrate was easy to mix. I had an area on my carpet that my cats had gotten in and sprayed. I saturated the area with the spray solution and kind of forgot about it. When I went back to check the next day, there was no more foul smell. It worked great! The solution has a nice citrus scent when you spray it, but after it dries, it seems there's no smell at all. I would definitely recommend this product! Thanks!

At first I did not know what to expect when I recieved this product. You have to mix the concentrated solution with water in the provided spray bottle. After mixing the solution I used it on a small area. Not only did it clean up the mess but it smells amazing. I would highly recommend this product. It has natural ingredients and it has a plesant smell!!
