NO string needed
This skull is tough on my chewer however the string attached only lasted 2 days and it was knawed away from my extensive chewer but before it was chewed off it was

But now it's just a durable skull that she chews on..

5 year old pit bull loves this toy so much I am ordering a second one. He took the rope off in about an hour but without the rope it is perfect for a treat dispensing toy. Tough enough for my super chewer and challenging enough to engage him for more than a few minutes. The hole has a plus shaped design that allows me to easily fill with treats but makes it a challenge to get them out. Pro tip, use a bottle brush to clean between uses.

I ordered the large...My 20lb Boston Terrier had this thing chewed up and nearly in half in less than 5 hours! Very disappointed! Way overpriced!

Weak Rope!
Do not recommend for thrashers/heavy chewers. The rope is too fine - my 7mo pit puppy SHREDDED the rope within an hour. (Pic shows part of the rope.) Confused as

The rope seems to be too fine for them to even be able to strongly pull without tearing. The skull sorta feels like Kong material - so I’m going to keep that for chewing. Just disappointed cause I thought I was getting a good deal. Save your money!

Skull is Tough, Rope is Not
I bought this for my eight month old lab. He shredded the rope within ten minutes. He does seem to like the skull and it seems durable. Only time will tell.

New Favorite!
Not only did we get our delivery 14 hours after ordering, but this toy is a HIT. Our puppy is 19 weeks old and can be very destructive. This toy is perfect for tug
Not only did we get our delivery 14 hours after ordering, but this toy is a HIT. Our puppy is 19 weeks old and can be very destructive. This toy is perfect for tug and fetch AND it keeps him independently entertained. My ONLY complaint is that the rope is not very durable at all. After 24 hours it’s nearly severed. We will definitely be keeping the rubber part though!
Super tough
My Akita is hard on toys but this one stood up to his huge jaws and playing! He loves to carry it around and it’s his new favorite. Highly recommend.

Great toy for a super chewer
My 18 mo. Vizsla chews through most toys within minutes after he gets them. This toy has become his favorite. I like the rope and use it to throw the toy. 6 weeks
