Pump failure

The unit is awesome; when it is new. We loved it. Then about a month later it quit and tells us that it is low on water, but it is full. Tried contacting the company

The unit is awesome; when it is new. We loved it. Then about a month later it quit and tells us that it is low on water, but it is full. Tried contacting the company and never get a response no matter how many times or how many ways we contacted them, but Chewy is above awesome; they sent a replacement and the exact same thing happened. Chewy being the absolute best company I have ever had to deal with has given us a refund. Chewy is excellent, but the pump needs reworked

Garbage

I spent 15-30+ minutes troubleshooting a water bowl 3 times in 5 days It's garbage and stupid I got it as a gift. It fills with water then randomly stops working

I spent 15-30+ minutes troubleshooting a water bowl 3 times in 5 days It's garbage and stupid I got it as a gift. It fills with water then randomly stops working and has to be restarted. Oh it has touch buttons with no motion or notification if it works or not and won't turn on so you have to disassemble it over and over again and hold 10+ seconds on the touch button with no light hoping it'll magically turn back on Save your money. I just am going to have to trash it as it was a gift but a normal water bowl is better than this which just doesn't even work

I so wanted to love this - we have 2 large dogs and need a larger capacity water bowl. The idea of keeping the water fresh was very appealing, but this just doesn't work. I've spend days trying to troubleshoot why it randomly shuts off. The app is confusing and doesn't list this device has one the app supports. I'm returning this product.
