I had difficulty getting the door on this carrier. I couldn’t get the metal bars to stay in the holes at the bottom of the door. Here is a tip. Turn the carrier upside down. Line up the two bars at the bottom with the two holes. Push down on the bottom of the the carrier. The metal bars should come through the holes to secure it in place. This carrier is not made of sturdy, heavy duty plastic. It is lightweight, but I am not sure how long it will last.
Not User Friendly

I liked the idea of retrieving the cats at the vet by simply pulling out the insert, but the front gate is not really a swing door. It's too complicated getting the cat into the transporter box; one needs another pair of hands to keep the animal restrained while pushing the tray in. If you have cats that enjoy a ride in a box, you'll be fine.
Nice
The plastic isn't really a hard plastic, it feels a bit flimsy until assembled. The slide in feature is awesome. It's pretty roomy. I ordered 2 - one is perfect
The plastic isn't really a hard plastic, it feels a bit flimsy until assembled. The slide in feature is awesome. It's pretty roomy. I ordered 2 - one is perfect. The other seems a little off ... The snap in piece for the metal door didn't line up quite right and when it closes its finicky and pushes the side out as the metal doesn't align quite right with the hole for the latch - only on one side. As you see in the pic one crate aligns perfect. The other does not.
Slides out - great feature!

This replaced our old pet carrier that I had to unscrew the top off every time to get my cat out at the vet’s office because he refused to come out. Even when I tried to tip the old carrier forward to get him to come out he would grip and hang on and just all around make it difficult to get him out. So this new carrier with the slide-out feature will take a load of stress off at those dreaded vet appts.
Helps to keep my anxious cat calm

It isn't my first one, I had one couple years ago, but the movers broke it. I ordered a new one, but it arrived damaged, it did arrive from Atizona and was somewhat melted. I contacted Chewy and they sent one out immediately. It's a great carrier, instead of having to pull cat out, you can slide the drawer out, it has back piece too to help not to have cat away. Exam can be also performed in the drawer.

The idea is good but not the execution
I have a scaredy cat and thought this would work well for her. The drawer doesn't slide as well as you would want, and overall, the carrier doesn't feel quite sturdy
I have a scaredy cat and thought this would work well for her. The drawer doesn't slide as well as you would want, and overall, the carrier doesn't feel quite sturdy. I used it once to take the cat to the vet, and there was too much opportunity for her to jump out while the tech and I were wrestling the drawer back into place. We managed it, but neither the tech nor I were too impressed. I never used it again.
Looks like it will work well, but haven’t used it yet.
My vet recommended this carrier for our cat who hates being in a carrier.

Cheaply made cat carrier
Very tricky to assemble...especially the fasteners for holding parts together. Would not hold a heavier cat. MISSING THE HANDLE FOR THE TOP...I contacted manufacturer
