How soon can you expect to see any results with this food?

Parrot B-Calm uses L-tryptophan, which needs to cross natural pathways in the brain to help produce serotonin (the happy chemical in the brain) that helps with mood stabilization. Because we are using natural pathways, it needs to build up in the bird's system. We generally advise that this will take about 3-4 weeks of continual use at the recommended feeding guide of 80% pellets. However, we have had customers report noticeable differences within 1-2 weeks. As the product is not a medication, you may see differences in your birds on a timeline that's unique to them, or in extreme cases where anxiety and stress are deep-rooted or related to trauma, there may not be much effect, as that is not related to the serotonin pathway.

Picky eater Grey loved it and stoped plucking improved apatite.

I started with !$ sample thinking Grey would not eat it. loves it. stoped plucking started eating dreaded vegies would not eat before. rescued biter plucker. tried many things but this was amazing fast and I dont recognize him. this was a senior bird biter plucker came from seed diet. refused chop fruit and vegies and pellets. I have a new perfect bird and so grateful I tried this . My other plucker has improved almost no plucking likes it but always are everything. thank you. I will use always did not take much. a stone full a day. biting down 90% feathers 99% improved apatite 100% improved. hardly recognize this bird. So grateful. Talking more steping up when he wants to but leaving skin. just a spoon a day and he suddenly started eating red veggies okra and snow peas. still a bit more picky than other grey. Feather quality better. he gets molt seed also as I wanted vit. A but now he will eat carrots and peppers he refused until this food added overnight when this added. he had been on seed before me. he gets seed but always treats now. He is older so I didn't think we would get here.

Before work I add it to their normal food so they don’t feel too anxious while I am away. The best part is that my Sun conure is very picky and I was nervous that she didn’t like it, however she loves it.

My bird loves it

I usually feed Harrison’s pellets to my African Grey. I offered him vetafarm and he liked it right away. I give him some of each now and he eats the vetafarm first
