Never had much luck brushing Parker's teeth, he would just not allow that toothbrush and toothpaste in his mouth from the time he was a puppy, so we always relied on oral care supplements. As he aged, his puppy breath got worse, even with the oral care supplements and treatments by the vet. Decided to try this out, and he took to it immediately, figured out how to lick the gel off the dispenser. All I have to do is call him and wave it, he immediately comes over to get his treat. After a month or so of offering it every other day, we started to notice his puppy breath was less off putting, and there's been some signs of less tartar buildup. Working well for our kid.

Been using this for 3 months and no noticeable difference in tarter, plaque or breath. Trying Vetality Brush Free Oral Gel that's applied weekly now and have noticed her breath seems better after first application.

She's a good and patient dog, but as my hands become more & more arthritic, we both prefer this to brushing. She liked the peanutbutter flavor over the chicken, but she still licks it up. Initially I did have to include a pay-off of a treat right after, but was able to quickly fade that out, once she got used to and liked it. I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because TBH I haven't taken a chance to get a good look at the interior of her mouth since we started... but if it's doing its job, then it'll be 5 out of 5 for sure.
