I’ve been giving YuMOVE Plus Active to my 10½-year-old German Shepherd mix, who was born with hip dysplasia, and I couldn’t be more impressed. After using a more common big-brand supplement, I decided to try YuMOVE — and what a positive change. First off, yes - there is a mild fishy smell, but it’s really not bad at all. The tablets are easy to break apart, which is perfect because I just mix them into his wet food in the morning. He takes it without any fuss. Since starting YuMOVE, I’ve noticed an improvement in his mobility and flexibility. He seems more comfortable getting up and down, and there’s a definite boost in his overall joy and willingness to move. It’s like he’s rediscovered some of his younger energy, without putting too much stress on his joints. What I especially appreciate is the thoughtful formulation: YuMOVE Plus contains glucosamine, green-lipped mussel (for natural chondroitin), hyaluronic acid (for cushioning and lubrication), and antioxidants like vitamins C and E. These ingredients feel more “premium” and biologically supportive than some of the generic formulas out there. In short: I wholeheartedly recommend YuMOVE Plus Active. It’s made a visible difference in my dog’s quality of life, and I’m seriously considering switching him off the old supplement altogether. If you have an aging dog - especially one with joint issues - this is absolutely worth trying.

My dog is a four year old mixed Labrador who loves to eat. He’s on the heavier side of weight for his build. I think it will help him to take these supplements

My dog is a four year old mixed Labrador who loves to eat. He’s on the heavier side of weight for his build. I think it will help him to take these supplements to supprt his joints and health. I like that he eats them readily. Although he loves to eat, I don’t want to have to put the tablets in something to get him to take them. He isn’t having any issues yet with joint problems but I believe if he takes these, it can help as a preventative, along with watching his diet. For his weight he takes 3 a day.

My picky 8-year-old shiba inu will actually take this joint supplement by itself, without coating it in a lickable treat or using a pill pocket. It’s probably because it contains green lipped mussel, which also makes it a little fishy-smelling/stinky too. The actual tablet isn’t too large but can also easily be broken in half or in thirds, as the texture is chewable but slightly chalky/crumbly. My dog has some hereditary joint issues from when he sprained his knee when he was a puppy, so he’s been taking glucosamine for much of his life. Initially, it was very low doses, but as he’s gotten older, he needs more joint support. This YuMove Joint Care Plus recommends only 1 tablet for his weight (under 35 pounds), but I do find the current glucosamine dose too low for my dog’s specific needs at only 250mg per tablet (180mg chondroitin), as his regular dose is at least 500mg. So while it says it's "extra strength," most other brands would consider 250mg to be just average. Because it also contains a few other vitamins, like C and E, I wasn’t sure if I could give him 2 tablets, so instead I’ve paired this with another 250mg glucosamine/chondroitin-only capsule. I can tell the effectiveness of the glucosamine based on his behavior and energy level, and he seems to be doing well with this combination. However, it also makes this quite pricey for the 120-count at this 250mg glucosamine dose compared to other brands. One thing I didn’t like was the inclusion of rosemary extract. It’s already prevalent in a lot of dog treats, so I prefer supplements to not include it.

I can’t say enough good things about the Vetnique Labs YuMOVE Plus Chewable Tablet Extra Strength Joint Supplement for Dogs! I have a 150lb American Bulldog with a long history of joint issues, and finding something that actually helps — and that he’ll willingly take — has been such a game changer. Since starting these, I’ve noticed a real difference in his mobility and overall comfort. The best part? He thinks they’re treats! No need to hide them or mix them into food — he happily eats them right out of my hand. We have several dogs on joint supplements -- usually one of the popular/known products. However, none of my dogs will eat the supplement unless its wrapped in a pill pocket or wrapped in canned cat food. Until now! All of our dogs will just eat this without any sort of bribery or magic hiding of the pill. It makes medication sooooo much easier. It's too early to see any positive benefits from this supplement but we didn't notice any decline switching between products. It does have a fishy flavor so that may be why there is a greater appeal to our dogs. Whatever it is -- I will take it!

She is more active than she was before I started with this joint care supplement. I will wait to see if something more improves after 6 weeks. I haven’t seen any negative effects from using this supplement either. So far so good. I hope things continue to improve for her.
