The back of the bag says thiamine is 134 mg, not the L-Theanine. The L-Theanine is listed as 21 mg on the back of the package, same as on the front.

Unfortunately did not work for my dogs :(

I have multiple dogs that all show anxious behavior from varying degrees, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to have much effect on any of them. When purchasing this product, I knew it wasn't going to a miracle product where my dogs suddenly become very confident dogs. However, I had hoped that in situations that cause my dogs stress, it would calm them down where their reactions are less intense or they recover more quickly from whatever scared them. For the price, I would've liked this product to work as intended but it did not. Keep in mind, every dog is different, so it could very well work for yours. As far as taste goes, it seems just okay. My dogs eat it but not very happily as they would a treat.

Calms her down during storms

My dog is super scared of thunderstorms. These are not 100% but they do help to calm her down a lot. Highly recommend.
