Love the concept- still waiting for miracle

Started this product because a friend used on her toy breed dog and said it helped remove the tarter. I was skeptical but I do like the ingredients and the concept

Started this product because a friend used on her toy breed dog and said it helped remove the tarter. I was skeptical but I do like the ingredients and the concept. In the past I fed raw with live probiotics and my dogs' teeth were cleaner than they are now- this has probiotics. Breath definitely improved and bad breath =bacteria so that is huge. But tarter was unchanged. My dog has mild tarter.
