My Healthy Cognition Dog Treats came Fresh and Moist. I was very impressed with the product not using Artificial Colors or Flavors. I love the Ingredients but unfortunately my 2 Dogs are not Eager to eat them. My Dogs are normally very Excited with Treats and they are not Thrilled about these Chews. I have 2 Beagle Hounds but after some Coaxing they will eat the Chews. I think I will start using a pill pocket with the Chew and they will get all the Health Benefits that they need for aging and daily Cognitive Improvement. I would love to rate 5/5 but my Dogs are the ones eating it and they just don't love the Taste.

Great treat for elderly dogs. I have 3 senior dogs and can give them all this treat because it gives multiple dosing options based on dog size. Contains a lot of good ingredients like omega 3 fatty acids. Treats are soft but chewy. One of my dogs also takes a daily heart medicine and these treats are soft enough that I can squish it against her other medicine that usually need disguised so she will take it. Love that it also has a freshness seal to keep them moist but long lasting.

We shifted from Zesty Paws Advanced Cognition Bites to Vetriscience Healthy Cognition Supplement Chews, on the basis of our veterinarians being enthusiastic about Vetriscience products, research, science and formulations. We became increasingly distrustful of Zesty Paws, suspect that their products may be the equivalent of snake oil, made by a suspect company or companies, under suspect processes. VetriScience supplements, on the other hand, have been manufactured by the highly regarded FoodScience, LLC, since 1980. Unfortunately, we can’t tell what, if anything, Vetriscience Healthy Cognition chews are doing to benefit our dog. The price of this supplement is expensive (particularly, for a potential placebo or no effect).

The smell is definitely strong, but most of my dogs don’t mind it at all. If your dogs don’t like fishy-treats, they may not like these. However, they’re soft and easy to chew, which is great for smaller pups and seniors with dental issues. I have noticed an improvement with my younger dogs having more energy and seeming more alert.

I can't speak to the healthy cognition aspect of this dietary supplement/treat yet, because my dog has not been taking it for long, but he absolutely loves the taste

Both of my dogs really enjoy the taste of these treats! I feel good about giving them since the ingredients seem to be beneficial for both my older and younger pup. I can't vouch for whether the supplement really works or not since neither of them are actively showing cognitive decline, but this is an easy and fun way to be proactive about promoting their long-term health!
